Dark Faith 2 and Appalachian Undead, Forthcoming
Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 09:04AM Apex Publications has announced the tables of contents for two upcoming anthologies. Dark Faith 2 is a followup to the brain-bending Dark Faith (hence the "2"), both through Apex Book Company and will once again collect stories of the intersection of belief, faith and humanity's seamy underbelly. Appalachian Undead is coming out through The Zombie Feed, Apex Publications' wall-to-wall-undead imprint. The title seems fairly self-explanatory.
In the interest of full disclosure, I was one of the 600+ people whose stories did NOT get into the table of contents for Dark Faith 2. Much as it pains me to say so, because I really like the story I submitted, Jerry and Maurice made the right call there. It wasn't quite right for the company it would have to keep in Dark Faith 2.
